Client Success Account Manager I

This is an entry level full-time position. We are looking for a dedicated, loyal, and committed person to come join the Client Success team. Client Success Account Managers I respond to clients' needs in a timely manner, to help clients with their product questions, concerns, and knowledge. Client Success Account Managers help our clients be even more successful with our Digital Solutions.

Responsibilities: As a Client Success Account Manager I, You Will Communicate with Clients helping them to be successful with SEO and Social Media. This position handles a large number of accounts.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Dependable
  • Support communication for sales reps & customer through email & phone
  • Manage and coordinate new client implementation
  • Complete on boarding and setup of new clients
  • Answer emails/calls from clients and sales reps
  • Educate customers about services and assist with creating basic strategy and produce successful outcomes
  • Audit accounts to ensure successful fulfillment of products. There is a required minimum of 18 tasks to be completed daily
  • Assist with troubleshooting fulfillment issues with successful resolution
  • Assist other team members with different level tasks
  • Take opportunities to assess client accounts and offer recommendations of upgrades and new products (growing accounts)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:  

  • Understanding of Digital Marketing Strategies. Specifically SEO, Social Media, and Analyzing Basic Website needs.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Sales and /or customer service/consulting experience is a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated, possess strong phone skills and be able to thrive and multi-task in a busy sales and support environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical terminology and concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to balance revenue, client satisfaction and operational responsibilities while meeting deadlines
